Port Blair, Oct 03: Andaman Sheekha has gathered some photographs of those imposters, who had visited these Islands several times in last one year to meet the Islanders, introducing themselves as top officers of a company named, Express Cultivation, A unit of Express Group, which is actually a Bogus company.
The officials are Mr. Sushree Mazumder, Managing Director, Mr. Manoj Kumar Dhali, Director Development Officer, Mr. Tanmoy Mridha, Chairman and Mr. Sagar Majumder, Project Development Direcotor.
Atleast two of them has Facebook Profile, which reveals their actual identity and social status.
Andaman Sheekha also possesses the pamphlets in which the company had promised to open several projects in Andaman to woo investors to invest money on the business.
Investigation carried out by Andaman Sheekha has revealed that for this the company had first contacted a local resident of Attam Pahar area, Mr. Prashanta Mistry, who acted as the agent of the company and helped the company in setting up a base in Andaman and also to buy a plot at Attam Pahar.
With the help of this land the officials of this Bogus Company convinced the investors that the company is soon going to open a Mineral Water Plant at Attam Pahar. Sadly much before the shut down the company sold that land quietly with the help of the same local agent, Mr. Prashanta Mistry.
The cheated youths now suspect that the local agent, Prashanta Mistry, knows much more about this fake company and through him the police will be able to get hold of the imposters, who have escaped with nearly Rs. 60 Lakhs from poor investors.
Andaman Sheekha possesses details of all bank accounts in which, all the money was deposited and if required, these details will be shared with Police Department.
