Port Blair, Sept 29: A couple on Saturday evening was hit by STS bus at Sippighat area. According to reports, the accident was so deadly that the Husband, Mr. Shyamal Roy, Primary School Teachers and his wife Mrs. Amiya, PST were seriously injured. Later Shyamal Roy died at G B Pant Hospital while condition of his wife remains critical. Late Shyamal Roy was posted in Directorate of Education Office.
