Baratang, Sept 20: Four school students were injured today, when lightning struck them at their school here in Baratang village of Middle Andaman.
According to reports the incident occurred when all four students, three boy one girl, were going out for hand wash after consuming Mid-Day meal. The lightening actually struck a tree but the children also suffered some burnt. They were immediately shifted to Baratang Hospital, where there condition is said to be out of danger. The SHO Baratang reportedly did a wonderful job by shifting all the students to Baratang Hospital on time.
