Port Blair, Sep 02: Port Blair, September 2: The Lt Governor, Lt Gen (Retd) A. K. Singh Singh, PVSM, AVSM, SM, VSM, has asked the Chief Secretary to issue instructions to the Directorate of Panchayat to publicize the details of grant–in-aid given to Panchayati Raj Institutions so that people become aware of the schemes and the funds made available for these schemes in their respective areas.
