Diglipur, Aug 16: On this occasion Zilla Parishad Adyaksha Mrs. Madhuri Giri Unfurled the flag at Vivekananda stadium at Diglipur. In her Independence speech highlighted the activities and achievements of various departments of administration like Agriculture, Health, Education, APWD, MGNREGA, Forest, Panchayatiraj, CDPO, Police ,Fisheries, Block Development, Electricity, STS & Industries.
The salutation was participated by NCC cadets & Police department. Other Dignitaries present on this occasion were Asst Commissioner, Dr. Vivek Kumar, Pramukh Mr. Gauranga Dutta, Pradhan Subhash Gram Mr. P R Singaram, Z P Member Mr. Anil Mondal and PRI members students and large number of public witnesses the celebrations. After that Zilla Parishad Adyaksha Mrs. Madhuri Giri visited the CHC, Digliur and distributed sweets to the patients
