Port Blair, July 28: The firing practice by Naval Coast Battery will be carried out from Ross Island in seaward direction from 1400 hrs to 1700 hrs on July 31, 2013. All concerned have been warned to keep themselves and their vessel away from the firing range during the mentioned date and time, a communication received here said.
