Port Blair, Jul 24: The office bearers and members of State Part Time Education Employees today informed the media through a press release that some of the members of the Association were misguided by some bad elements for their political vendetta and were forced to work against Member of Parliament In view of the problems that they were facing due to disengagement from the Education Department they could not judge people and happened to associate with wrong people anticipating redressal for their problems.
The office bearers and members of State Part Time Education Employees Association further expressed their heartfelt gratitude to Member of Parliament, Andaman and Nicobar Parliamentary Constituency Mr. BishnuPada Ray for his relentless continued support to the Members of the Association, despite the fact that some of the members worked against Member of Parliament and attempted to tarnish the image of the Member of Parliament.
The Association was inactive for quite some time. An attempt has been made to revive the Association to look into the welfare of members of Association and unanimously decided to work only under the guidance of Member of Parliament and the organization they belong to. A communication from SPTEEA said today.
