Port Blair, July 14: Mr. Kuldeep Rai Sharma, the President of Pradesh Congress Committee has requested the Lt Governor, ANI to consider financial help from the Lt Governor’s relief fund to the family members consisting of two minor children of Mr. Anand Kishore Soreng and Smti Sarita Dhanwar who died of electrocution on 13th July, 2013 at Long Islands.
Smti Sarita, as per reports of media and Pradhan Long Islands, while laying wet cloth on a cable came in contact with live wire accidentally and her husband also electrocuted to save his wife Sarita and both died leaving behind two minor helpless children.
PCC Chief Sharma and all the leaders of the Party have also deeply condoled the deaths.
