Sri Vijaya Puram, October 23: The Department of Education, Andaman and Nicobar Administration, is hosting the prestigious 70th National School Football Championship under the National School Games for U-19 Boys at Sri Vijaya Puram from December 11 to 20. Hosting this national-level championship is a matter of great pride for our Islands and provides an opportunity to showcase the sporting talent of the Island team at the national level.
In this regard, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of the Secretary (Education), Ms. Jyoti Kumari, yesterday in the Conference Hall of the State Library. During the meeting, various issues related to hosting the upcoming championship were discussed. The Director (Education), Mr. Aditya Sangotra, also attended the meeting.
