Sri Vijaya Puram, October 22: In a formal recognition of exceptional dedication to community cleanliness, the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Mayabunder, Mohamed Younus M., officially handed over a prestigious Certificate of Appreciation to Mr. Abhijit Bepari.
Mr. Abhijit Bepari, serving as a Sanitary Supervisor under the Harinagar Gram Panchayat, was presented this certificate issued by the Directorate of RD, PRIs & ULBs, Andaman & Nicobar Administration. The award marks the successful culmination of the Swachhata Hi Seva 2026 campaign, which ran from September 17 to October 17, 2026. The certificate recognises Mr. Bepari’s outstanding contribution and dedicated efforts as a “Safai Mitra”. His sincerity, hard work and commitment towards keeping the region clean have set a remarkable example and are truly worthy of appreciation.
In this respect, Mr. Manojit Halder, Pradhan of Harinagar Gram Panchayat, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to the District Administration for providing this valuable recognition to the grassroots-level workforce.
