Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept 27: As part of the “Swachhata Hi Seva” campaign, the Sports Authority of India (SAI), Sports Training Centre (STC), Sri Vijaya Puram organized a cleanliness drive at Corbyn’s Cove Beach with enthusiastic participation from its Athletes, Coaches and Staffs.
The initiative focused on promoting cleanliness, environmental awareness and responsible waste disposal, while encouraging the participants to contribute towards keeping the Islands clean and beautiful. The participants actively cleaned the beachside area and collected waste, spreading the message of “Clean Beach, Clean Islands.”
The campaign reflects SAI STC Sri Vijaya Puram commitment to promoting Swachhata, environmental responsibility and active community participation, while inspiring young athletes to become ambassadors of cleanliness.
The Centre In-charge Mrs. Mohammed Sadique appreciated the wholehearted participation of all Athletes, Coaches and Staffs and reaffirmed its commitment towards a Swachh, Healthy and Sustainable Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
