Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 4: A CRC level Volleyball tournament & Tug of War- for men and women was organized today as part of Teachers’ Day celebration, 2026. The event witnessed active community involvement, enthusiastic participation and strong encouragement towards promoting sports and sportsmanship among the teaching & non teaching staff.
In Volley Ball (Men’s) CRC GSSS Mohanpura defeated CRC GSSS Garacharma and in Volley Ball (Women’s) CRC GSSS Model Aberdeen defeated CRC GSSS Manglutan. Similarlly in Tug of War (Men’s) CRC GSSS Model Aberdeen defeated CRC GSSS Mohanpura and in Tug of War (Women’s) CRC GSSS Model Aberdeen defeated CRC GSSS Mohanpura. Trophies and medals were distributed to the Winners and Runner-up teams representing the various CRCs in recognition of their outstanding performance.
The DEO, SA felicitated the Physical Education faculties with Appreciation Certificates & Mementos in recognition of their valuable contributions in the field of sports.
