Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 20: On 11.08.2026, the Hon’ble CJM, Mayabunder, delivered the judgment in a case registered at PS Rangat vide FIR No. 01/26 dated 05/01/2026, pertaining to a road accident caused by rash and negligent driving, resulting in injuries to the victim.
Through meticulous investigation, systematic evidence collection and effective prosecution, PS Rangat successfully established the case before the Hon’ble Court. The accused was accordingly convicted and sentenced to pay a total fine of ₹5,500/-
