Sri Vijaya Puram, Aug 19: On 05.08.2026, the Hon’ble JMFC, Mayabunder, delivered the judgment in a case registered at PS Mayabunder vide FIR No. 22/26 dated 09.02.2026, relating to a road accident caused by rash and negligent driving, resulting in injuries to the victim.
Through meticulous investigation, diligent evidence collection and effective prosecution, PS Mayabunder successfully established the case before the Hon’ble Court. The accused was convicted and sentenced to pay a total fine of ₹14,000/.
