Sri Vijaya Puram, July 25: The Art & Culture Department will be organizing a Patriotic cultural programme to commemorate the Kargil Vijay Diwas at 5.30 pm at Flag Point on July 26, 2026.
This evening of remembrance and reverence will be set to the stirring tunes of Patriotic and Nationalist Songs, accompanied by heartfelt poetic presentations by Islands’ poets. Together, we shall honor the valor and sacrifice of the brave soldiers who safeguarded our nation during the Kargil War.
The program aims to rekindle the spirit of unity, courage and devotion to the motherland. Citizens have been requested to visit Flag Point and witness the programmes filled with pride for the country.
