Diglipur, July 24:The Identification and Assessment Camp–2026 for Children with Special Needs (CwSNs) being organized by the Block Project Office, Diglipur under Inclusive Education, Samagra Shiksha.

The objective of this camp is to create awareness among parents/guardians of Children with Special Needs (CwSNs), parents of suspected children with disabilities, school authorities, stakeholders, and the general public regarding the availability of medical assessment, disability certification, UDID enrolment, and distribution of aids and appliances under the ADIP-SSA Scheme. Your valued support in publishing this information will help ensure that the maximum number of eligible beneficiaries avail themselves of these services.
Documents required under the ADIP-SSA Scheme are Disability Certificate / Enrolment of Disability Certificate; UDID Card / UDID Enrolment Receipt; Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar Enrolment Receipt of the beneficiary (mandatory); Income Certificate issued within the last two months (monthly income not exceeding Rs. 22,500); Two passport-size photographs and Photocopy of Ration Card/BPL Card.
