Sir Vijaya Puram, July 20: COL T Hariteja, Group Commander Chennai ‘A’ conducted an Administrative Inspection of the 1 A&N (I) Indep Inf Coy NCC to review its administrative efficiency, operational preparedness, and overall functioning. The visit commenced with a detailed briefing by the Commanding Officer Col K Y Singh, highlighting the unit’s organizational structure, training activities, achievements, administrative practices, and ongoing initiatives.
During the inspection, the Group Commander verified important administrative records and documents to assess compliance with prescribed policies and procedures. The Group Commander also interacted with all officers, permanent instructional staff, civilian employees, and other staff members.
During the interaction, personnel were encouraged to share their views and raise issues concerning their work and welfare. The Group Commander patiently heard their concerns, appreciated their dedication and sincere efforts, and assured them that all genuine issues would receive due consideration. Overall the Group Commander commended the Unit for being a professional outfit and appreciated the overall functioning.
