Sri Vijaya Purm, July 19: The Deputy Education Office, South Andaman will organise the Inter School Upper Primary Level Knockout Football Tournament 2026 Upper Primary school students of the South Andaman Zone with the objective of promoting sportsmanship, physical fitness, teamwork and holistic development among young learners. All Upper primary schools of the South Andaman Zone will participate in the tournament, which will serve as a platform to identify and nurture football talent at the grassroots level.
The tournament, open to both Girls and Boys, will be conducted w.e.f. July 21 to 30 at Govt. Sr. Sec. School, Bathu Basti Ground. This initiative underscores the Education Department’s sustained commitment to strengthening sports culture and encouraging active participation in sports.
