Sri Vijaya Puram, July 9:The Directorate of Information, Publicity & Tourism organized a one-day Hindi Workshop today in its conference hall for all clerical staff and employees working on e-files. During the workshop, Shri Ajay Singh, Junior Translation Officer, spoke about the facilities available for working in Hindi on the e-file system. He also addressed the doubts and difficulties faced by employees while performing tasks in Hindi.
Delivering the closing remarks, the Director (IP&T), Shri Vinayak Chamadia, IAS, highlighted the importance of adopting Hindi in daily official work and encouraged all officers and employees of the Department to performs their tasks in Hindi with greater enthusiasm. He also urged everyone to keep themselves updated with latest technological advancements.
Earlier, the workshop commenced with address by Joint Director (IP&T), Ms. Anita Yadav emphasized the practical use of Hindi in e-files and explained the provisions of the Official Language Rules. He urged all officers and employees to carry out maximum official work in Hindi.
