Sri Vijaya Puram, June 17: Ration Rasheed has extended his heartfelt congratulations to Master Abdul Islam (3rd Dan Black Belt) and the students who represented the Andaman & Nicobar Islands at the Indo-Nepal Ashihara Karate Tournament held at Madarihat, Jalpaiguri, North Bengal, on June 13 and 14, 2026.
A total of seven students participated in the tournament and brought laurels to the Islands with an outstanding medal tally.

Ration Rasheed praised the dedication and hard work of the young karate athletes and their coach, Master Abdul Islam, for bringing pride to the Andaman & Nicobar Islands. He wished the students continued success in future national and international competitions and encouraged more youth to participate in sports and martial arts.
