Sri Vijaya Puram, June 07: The Andaman & Nicobar Muaythai Team delivered an outstanding performance at the 7th UMAI National Muaythai Championship 2026, held in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, securing a total of 21 medals and bringing great pride to the Islands.
The team finished the championship with an impressive tally of 11 Gold Medals, 7 Silver Medals, and 3 Bronze Medals, showcasing the growing strength of Muaythai in the Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
The medal winners are: Aadhi – 2 Gold, 1 Silver, Arav – 2 Gold, 1 Silver, Akshara – 1 Gold, 1 Silver, 1 Bronze, V. Madhu – 1 Gold, 1 Silver, Nitesh – 2 Gold, 1 Silver, – 1 Gold, 1 Bronze, Aditya – 1 Gold, 1 Silver, Ruhaan – 1 Gold, 1 Silver, Hannan – 1 Bronze
