Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 15: On 14/04/2026, the Chief Secretary of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Dr. Chandra Bhushan Kumar, IAS, along with Mr. Vinayak Chamadia, IAS (Director, IP&T), Mr. Vikas, IPS (Superintendent of Police, N&M Andaman), and Mr. Krishna Chaitanya, DANICS (ADM, N&M Andaman District), visited Gram Panchayat Harinagar. During the visit, all PRI members, under the leadership of Mr. Manojit Halder, Pradhan of GP Harinagar, and Mr. Dilip Kumar Das, PSM, accorded a warm welcome to the delegation in traditional Hindu style with floral tributes and aarti.
The Chief Secretary interacted with the PRI members, who expressed their heartfelt gratitude for the completion of several long-pending developmental works over the past three years in Gram Panchayat Harinagar. They also brought forward a few important pending issues concerning the Panchayat. The Chief Secretary gave a positive assurance that these matters would be addressed at the earliest.
The Pradhan and the PSM once again conveyed their sincere thanks to the Chief Secretary for his support and assurance.
