Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr. 13: As part of the annual observance, a solemn function will be organized on April 14, 2026, to pay floral tributes to B. R. Ambedkar on the occasion of his 135th Birth Anniversary.
The programme will be conducted by the Andaman & Nicobar Administration at the statue of Dr. B.R. Ambedkar located near the main entrance of Ambedkar Auditorium. The Chief Secretary of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration will lead the tribute ceremony.
The general public has been invited to participate in the event and pay their respects to the great leader. Attendees are requested to be seated at the venue by 0600 hrs on the day of the programme.
