Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 07: It is brought to the notice of the electricity consumer and general public that on the request of Executive Engineer, Panchayati Raj Institution, South Andaman Division-I, Sri Vijaya Puram, Tie lines for power transmission viz. Panther-I and Panther-II shall be isolated on 11.04.2026 (Saturday) from 0800 hrs. to 1400 hrs. as a safety measure while undertaking cutting of trees standing dangerously behind the State Bank of India, Bambooflat.

Tie line Panther-I and Panther-II shall be isolated.
Power transmission shall be maintained through alternate Tie lines. However, in case of unforeseen faults or any unavoidable circumstances, power supply may be interrupted in Sri Vijaya Puram town and South Andaman area. |
