Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 24: The Chief Electoral Officer, A&N Islands has informed that as per the schedule of Special Intensive Revision (SIR), the draft electoral roll-2026 was published on 23rd December, 2025 in this UT of Andaman & Nicobar Parliamentary Constituency. On publication of draft roll, the period for filing claims and objections period is from 23rd December, 2025 to 22nd January, 2026.
The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) with copies of the Draft Electoral Roll are present at the Polling Stations to facilitate electors in verifying their names. In addition, copy of Absent/Shifted/Deceased list also available with BLOs for verification. Both the Draft Electoral Roll and ASD list have been made available for public reference and checking on the CEO’s website: https://ceoandaman.nic.in or ECI portal: https://voters.eci.gov.in.
All prospective 18+ electors or any person whose name is not reflected in the Draft Electoral Roll may apply for inclusion by submitting Form-6 along with the declaration form to their respective BLO or through online by visiting ECI portal: voters.eci.gov.in. For corrections of entries, electors are required to submit Form-8. Objections, can be filed using Form-7. Sufficient numbers of form-6, 7, 8 and declaration form are available with BLOs.
Special Camps will be conducted on 27th & 28th December, 2025 and 10th & 11th January, 2026 at all polling stations to enable electors to verify their names in the draft roll and to facilitate inclusion, correction and objection related activities. The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be available at Polling Stations during these special camps.
