Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec 22: The Block Level Resource Room, BPO Rangat, observed its Annual Day with a heartfelt program dedicated to Children with Special Needs (CwSN). The event commenced with a ribbon-cutting ceremony and the lighting of the lamp by Chief Guests Mr. Sushim Kumar Biswas, DEO Rangat and Mr. V. Ranjith Kumar Asst. Director, Sports. They officially inaugurated a new Learning-Teaching Materials (LTM) Library, designed to provide specialized educational resources for CwSN, their teachers, parents and guardians, also empowering students to promote independence.
The dignitaries distributed Wheelchairs and ADL (Activities of Daily Living) Kits to eligible students, significantly aiding their mobility and daily self-care.
The students stole the show with their vibrant performances in Yoga demonstration, Dance performance, Mismatch Clothes Ramp Walk for building their confidence. The program was meticulously coordinated by K. Shahla Yasmeen, BRP CwSN (Incharge, Resource Room).
The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the dignitaries, organizers, and parents for making the event a resounding success.
