Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec 19: A Nipun Mela was successfully organised at Government Middle School (GMS), Panchawati on 19/12/2025 to promote joyful learning and foundational literacy among students.
The programme began with an inauguration ceremony, which included the lighting of the lamp and ribbon-cutting. The event was inaugurated by Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram Mr. Venkateswar Rao along with PRI Member Mr. B Ashok. SMC member Smt. Deepta Dung-dung was also present on the occasion.
Various Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs) prepared by teachers were attractively displayed during the mela. These materials focused on improving students’ reading, writing, and numeracy skills under the NIPUN Bharat Mission.
Students actively participated in the programme and showcased their talents through skits, songs, story telling, and book reading activities. Their performances were appreciated by the guests and teachers.
The event created an engaging learning environment and encouraged students to learn through fun-based activities. Teachers, parents, and community members praised the efforts of the school for organising such a meaningful programme.
The Nipun Mela concluded successfully with a message highlighting the importance of foundational education for young learners.
