Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec. 9: The Southern Zonal Level School Band Competition 2025 is going to be held from Dec. 11 to 13 at the Sports Complex of Prof. Jayashankar Telangana Agriculture University, Telangana. This prestigious annual event will witness the participation of school band teams from across the Southern States of the country.
Representing the A&N Islands, winners of the State Level Band competition viz VKV School Lamba Line Boys Band, Sri Vijaya Puram, and Govt. Girls Senior Secondary School Girls Band will compete in the South Zonal-Level Competition. The teams will depart for Hyderabad tomorrow (Dec. 10).
Ahead of their departure, a blessing ceremony was held today, during which Smti. Archana Singh, HoO/DDE (Planning), Department of Education extended her best wishes to all participating students.
