Port Blair, May 14: The Raj Niwas today advised public to approach the concerned Pr. Secretaries/Secretaries/Head of the Departments in the first instance for redressal of their grievances.
In case their grievances are not properly attended to and resolved, then they may meet the Lt Governor during public hearing on every Tuesday.
All Pr. Secretaries/Secretaries/Head of Departments are required to attend to the grievances of the people on priority during the specified timing displayed in the respective departments.
