Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov 20: As per F.No. 11-/SS/EDN/General Corres/2019-20/170 dated 27th May 2025 received from the State Project Officer, Samagra Shiksha, Sri Vijaya Puram, the Block Project Office, Diglipur, will be organizing the programme “Divya Kala Mela & Divya Kala Shakthi- 2025” for, Children with Special Needs (CwSN) at Vivekananda Multi-Purpose Hall, Diglipur on 22nd November 2025, commencing at 09:00 A.M.
The Divya Kala Mela & Divya Kala Shakthi is a unique and inclusive platform designed to showcase the talents, skills, creativity, and capabilities of Children with Special Needs. The event highlights a wide range of exhibitions, performances, art displays, and vocational skills of CwSN, demonstrating their immense potential when provided with opportunities and encouragement. It also aims to generate community awareness, promote acceptance, and foster a more inclusive and supportive environment for all learners.
