Sri Vijaya Puram, Nov 16: In a continued effort to enhance municipal revenue generation and encourage civic participation, the Sri Vijaya Puram Municipality conducted a successful special tax collection campaign at the Marine community hall and JE-III Site Office Mohanpura SVPMC in Ward No. 04. The initiative aimed to make it easier for citizens to pay their municipal taxes and foster greater community engagement.
The results of the campaign were encouraging, with a significant number of people coming forward to contribute to the special tax collection drive, ultimately resulting in the collection of Rs. 30,18,223/- in municipal taxes.
The drive will be conducted on 22/11/2025 at Ward No. 05 (Atlanta Point Community Hall and RGT Road Sanitary site Office SVPMC and Head Quarter Main Office) to collect all municipal taxes.
