Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 27: Mr. Naresh Chander Lal, Padma Shri Awardee and Ambassador of Swachh Bharat Mission, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, visited the Navy Children School, Miniebay. During his visit, he interacted with students and teachers, emphasizing the importance of maintaining cleanliness in school premises and their respective communities.
Mr. Lal encouraged the students to participate in sports and games to stay physically fit and also to take part in school cultural programs to hone their creative talents.
The event concluded with a screening of his award-winning feature film, “Gandhi The Mahatma,” which was enthusiastically received by the students.
This visit highlights the importance of promoting cleanliness, physical activity, and artistic expression among the younger generation.
