Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 19: A 5-day peripatetic training programme on ‘Establishment Rules including Reservation in Service, Seniority, Promotion, DPC and RTI’ concluded in the Seminar Gallery of TGCE. Organized by the Administrative Reforms and Training Wing (AR&Trg.) of the A&N Administration, in collaboration with the ISTM, Department of Personnel & Training, GoI, the Assistant Secretary (AR&Trg.), Mrs. Shailaja presided over the valedictory session as the chief guest and highlighted the importance of continuous capacity building and efficient administration. Mr. Vipin Kumar Bhargava, Deputy Director, ISTM and Mr. Pramod Kumar Jaiswal, Deputy Director, ISTM were the resource person for the programme.
