Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct 17: The Viksit Bharat Yuva Connect Program (VBYCP) is a flagship initiative under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MYAS), aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat@2047.
In this connection, it is to inform you that the Yuva Connect Phase I – District Round – will be held at Andaman Law College. The Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament (VBYP) has been integrated with Yuva Connect i.e. non-student youth as well. It will be held at Andaman Law College on 20th November – 2025.
The theme is “50 Years of Emergency: Lessons for Indian Democracy”.
Duration of time: Each participant will be given three minutes to speak on the topic. Participants will be assessed on the parameters that include Content, Clarity, Communication, and Language Fluency.
The speech can be in any language (English, Hindi, Bengali, Tamil and Telugu).
Eligibility to participate: 18 to 25 years of age – Student and non-student youth as well
Those who want to participate are requested to register their names in MyBharat Portal https://mybharat.gov.in and then they must apply for participation in Viksit Bharat Youth Parliament 2026.
Among the participants selected, the top 10 will be sent to State Level Rounds to be held at A & N Secretariat and thereafter to the National Round at New Delhi.
