Sri Vijaya Puram, Oct. 13: A 5-day Peripatetic Training Programme on ‘Establishment Rules including Reservation in Service, Seniority, Promotion, DPC and RTI’ got underway today at the Seminar Gallery of TGCE. The training is being organized by the Administrative Reforms and Training Wing (AR&Trg.) of the A&N Administration, in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM), Department of Personnel & Training, Government of India, New Delhi. Smti Shailaja, Assistant Secretary (AR&Trg./PGC/Power), A&N Administration, presided over the inaugural session as the chief guest and highlighted the importance of continuous capacity building and efficient Administration.
The Institute of Secretariat Training & Management (ISTM) has deputed Shri Vipin Kumar Bhargava, Deputy Director, ISTM, to impart specialized training which is designed for the Amalgamated Clerical Cadre staff of A&N Administration and staff from the Municipal Council, Sri Vijaya Puram.
The training which began today will continue till Oct. 17. The inaugural session concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Smti B Ganga Ratnam, Office Superintendent, AR&Trg. Wing, A&N Administration.
