Port Blair, Apr 28: At the call of the Conferederation of Central Govt. Employees and Workers, New Delh, the Non-Gazetted Govt. Officers’ Association, A& N Islands will organize a mass demonstration in front of the Secretariat at Port Blair on 29th April, 2013 at 4.30 pm., demanding among other things (i) immediate setting up of 7th Central Pay Commission to revise the wages of Central government employees (ii) immediate merger of 50% DA with pay and (iii) withdrawal of PFRDA Bill and to ensure Pension for all. Govt. employees from various departments working at Port Blair will participate in the mass demonstration.
