Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 24:Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council organized an Inter-School Drawing and Painting Competition under the ongoing Swachhata Hi Seva 2025 campaign at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Auditorium. The competition was held on the theme “Swachhata Ki Bhagidari” and witnessed enthusiastic participation from students across various age groups.
A total of 243 students took part in the event. The Junior Category (Classes III–V) saw 123 participants, while the Senior Category (Classes VI–VIII) had 119 participants. Additionally, two students each from Classes I and II participated and though they were not part of the formal categories, their efforts were specially acknowledged and appreciated for demonstrating early awareness and motivation towards cleanliness and civic responsibility.
The young artists showcased their creativity through vibrant drawings and paintings, highlighting the importance of collective responsibility in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation. Their artistic expressions reflected not only imagination but also a strong commitment to contributing towards a cleaner and healthier society.
SVPMC applauds the efforts of all participating students and schools for actively promoting the spirit of Swachhata Ki Bhagidari and for nurturing awareness on the critical role of sanitation in community well-being.
