Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 21: Following the direction from the central committee of BJP, New Delhi, a prestigious three-month long Atmanirbhar Bharat Campaign will be launched on 25 of September, 2025 coinciding with the Birth Anniversary of our ideologue Dr. Deendayal Upadhyay, by the party. Various programs involving general public will be conducted all over the territory during the campaign period. The campaign will end on 25th of December, 2025 coinciding with the Birth Anniversary of Mr. Atal Bihari Vajpayee, former Prime Minister of India.
In order to inform and train the party leaders and karyakartas regarding various proposed initiatives of Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan, a state level workshop was organized at Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Bhawan, Middle Point this morning.
This workshop was organized under the Presidentship of Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari, State President, BJP, A & N Islands. Mr. Ragunath kulkarni, National Prabhari for A & N Islands joined the workshop program through video conferencing. BJP leaders of distant Islands too joined the program through digital mode.
Mr. Anil Kumar Tiwari delivering his Presidential Address called upon all office bearers and karyakartas all over the Islands to sincerely take part in all the campaign programs to make it a grand success. He further added that the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi is tirelessly working hard to make the country a proud, economically developed and self-reliant nation by implementing various projects and schemes. People should also join to strengthen his hands by contributing the bit to realize the dream of our beloved Pradhan Mantri.
Mr. Ragunath Kulkarni, BJP Prabhari speaking on the occasion through video conferencing advocated that the three-month campaign must involve all sections of the society including Street Vendors, Business Community Members, Women Entrepreneurs, Youths, Local Artisans etc. to send a strong and positive message regarding “Atma Nibhartha” and “Swadeshi” to the nook and corner of the Island territory.
Mr. K. Ram Das, State Vice President of the party and the State Convenor for Atmanirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan (ANBSA), elaborated and presented the road map of the mega campaign program for the information of all party karyakartas through PPT mode. He further stated that the said important program was based on the vision of the Prime Minister Mr. Narendra Modi to make the country a develop nation by 2047.
Earlier Mr. S.P.Ellango, State Media Covenor and Co-convenor of ANBSA delivered the welcome address and Mr. Sher Singh, State Vice President proposed the Vote of thanks. The State General Secretary Mr. Tarango Kumar Dhali conducted the workshop and Mr. G.Paramasivam, State Gen. Secretary and other office bearers were present in large numbers in the said workshop.
