Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 18: The two-day District Level Kala Utsav-2025 of South Andaman District concluded today in the auditorium of Girls GSSS, bringing together a wealth of artistic talent from students across the region. Shri Gyan Sheel Dubey, District Project Officer, Samagra Shiksha, South Andaman as the chief guest of the inaugural session encouraged the students to embrace their creativity and showcase their talents.
