Sri Vijaya Puram, Sep 17: As part of observance of “Swachhata Seva Fortnight” Gram Panchayat Shivapuram has organised Launch programme of Swachhata Hi Seva Campaign 2025 and conducted Cleanliness Drives at Panchawati Eco Tourism Beach and Moricedera Beach on 17.09.2025 in the presence of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Singh, BDO, CD Block Rangat, Smti. Santha Kumari, PSM Shivapuram, PRI,s Members, Official of BDO Office, CRPs, Members of Self Help Groups, GP Shivapuram Office staffs, Sanitation Workers and local volunteers.
The total of 40 participants at Panchawati Beach and 31 participants at Moricedera Beach activity participated during the Cleanliness Drives.
Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan Gram Panchayat Shivapuram welcomed everyone and thanked all for their active participation towards the good cause.
Further, the Pradhan thanked the Block Development Officer for giving his valuable time and attending the Cleanliness Drive.
All together the total of 175 kg of segregated waste has been collected from both sites and transported to SWM Cluster Shivapuram for further processing.
The above said Cleanliness Drives was organised under the overall coordination and supervision of Mr. Mohammed Haneef, Panchayat Secretary Gram Panchayat Shivapuram.
