Sri Vijaya Puram, Sept. 16: The Government of India launched the ‘Angikaar-2025 campaign’ on Sept. 4 to fast-track the goals of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Urban) 2.0 in New Delhi. The two-month drive, covering over 5,000 Urban Local Bodies (ULBs), focuses on enhancing public outreach, expediting application verification, completing houses on time and ensuring better convergence of Government schemes.
As part of the campaign, Sri Vijaya Puram Municipal Council will be organizing a PM Awas Mela – Shehri from Sept. 17 to 27 at Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Auditorium, Municipal Council HQ premises. The Mela will function as a single-window platform for citizens to access information, resolve queries and complete pending formalities under PMAY-U 2.0.
Citizens have been informed that details given are required for applying online through the portal and the key benefits, eligibility criteria and necessary documents have been tabulated below for easy reference.
