Sri Vijaya Puram, July 08: As a part of a month-long celebration of 76th Van Mahotsava, the South Andaman Forest Division organized a voluntary blood donation camp and general health check-up at the Forest Labour Club, Mannarghat. This community welfare initiative aimed to promote health and well-being alongside environmental awareness.
The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the Officers, Staff & Workers of this division. Dr. S. Dinesh Kannan, IFS, CCF(WL)/(R&WP), Mr. Ashwin J Parihar, IFS DFO(SA), Mr. Ravi Kant, IFS and Mr. R.S Sharath, ACF along with other staff and workers, actively took part in the camp and voluntarily donated blood. The programme was organized in collaboration with a team from PHC Wimberly Gunj and A&N AIDS Control Society, Directorate of Health Service, who extended their full support in ensuring the smooth conduct and success of the camp.
