Diglipur, July 06: In a bid to enhance service delivery and administrative efficiency for the benefit of the general public in Kishorinagar region, the Electricity Department, North Andaman Division, Diglipur has established/set up a Site Office in the Panchayat Building of Kishorinagar Gram Panchayat recently.
According to information, the establishment of Site Office is in bifurcation of the Kalighat Office, as approved vide Order No. 1486 dated 25/06/2024 issued by the Assistant Secretary (Power), Secretariat, A & N Administration, Sri Vijaya Puram.
The newly constituted Kishorinagar Site Office in the building of GP Kishorinagar under the control of the Executive Engineer, North Andaman Division, Diglipur has reportedly commenced functioning with effect from 1st July 2025, the Electricity Dept.’s official source said.
