Sri Vijaya Puram, Jun 27: As part of “Parivahan Vibhag Aapke Dwaar” State Transport Services, Rangat Unit has organized a Road Safety & Transport Service Outrage Programme on 27/06/2025 at Shivapuram Community Hall focusing on to provide door step services to the villagers under GP Shivapuram.
The programme was graced with the presence of Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan, GP Shivapuram,Mr. Manickam SHO PS Billiground, Dr Triveni Medical Officer, PHC Billiground, Mr. Soman Regional Transport Officer, STS Unit Rangat, Mr. K Anand JE, STS Unit Rangat, other officials of STS, Health, Police, Panchayat staff and the villagers.
Mr. Venkateswar Rao, Pradhan GP Shivapuram welcomed the gathering and praised the initiative of STS Departments for provide all services related to RTO at the door steps for the convenience of the general public and request all to avail the benefits.
Further, Mr. Manickam SHO Billiground explained about the safety measures to be taken into mind while driving on road and requested all to follow the rules as per MVI Act.
Then, Dr Triveni Medical Officer PHC Billiground practically shown the step wise basic First Aid measures and Life Saving Techniques and requested all to follow procedure during the accidents if happens.
Later Mr. Soman Regional Transport Officer showcased the programme and briefed that the this is just a step towards the progress and more such programmes will be organized in future for the benefit of the general public.
The programme was concluded by Mr. K Anand Junior Engineer, STS Unit Rangat who organized and successfully executed the programme for the welfare of the villagers under GP Shivapuram.
