Sri Vijaya Puram, Jun 11: The Vanvasi Kalyan Ashram has been continuously working for the all-round development of the tribal community for the past seven decades. Several programs are being run for this purpose so that the forest-dwelling communities can become strong and empowered, connecting with the mainstream of the nation and contributing to the country’s development. This year is particularly important, as it marks the centenary year of the establishment of the world’s largest organization, the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and the 150th birth anniversary of the great tribal freedom fighter Dharti Aba – Bhagwan Birsa Munda, who is a constant source of inspiration, especially for the youths.
