Sri Vijaya Puram, May 27: A historic moment for the Andaman and Nicobar Islands as our talented young champion, Er. M. Logarjun clinched the Silver Medal in Pencak Silat Martial Art (Fight-Tanding: 70 to 75 Kgs category) at the Khelo India Beach Games 2025 mega event held in Diu from 19th May to 24th May 2025.
The Pencak Silat Association of Andaman and Nicobar Islands (PASAANI) members extends their heartfelt congratulations to our champion and express deep gratitude to the pillar behind this success, to respected coach Mr. M.S Murugan (Ex-Sub Inspector, A&N Police IRBn).
They sincerely thank Mr. Iqbal (CEO-IPSF), the Indian Pencak Silat Federation (IPSF) team, the Andaman Sports Department. Also Said, “We had the honor of meeting the Hon’ble LG A&N Islands and he is also one of the chief guest in the Khelo India Beach Games 2025, who blessed us with his encouraging words in the opening ceremony of Khelo India Beach Games 2025, saying that we would win a medal at this mega championship. As per his blessings, we proudly secured the silver medal for our Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
The team also extended heartfelt gratitude to the Director of Sports for his invaluable support throughout the journey, along with sincere thanks to all well-wishers for their continued encouragement and motivation.
