Sri Vijaya Puram, Apr 25: In a significant gesture of support towards the development of water sports in India, Ms Pearl Cooperative Society, the official mess outsourcing agency for the Sports Authority of India (SAI), has donated a brand-new kayaking boat to the SAI Sports Training Centre at Sri Vijaya Puram.
This contribution is aimed at promoting kayaking among budding sportspersons and enhancing training facilities at the centre. The donation underscores Ms Pearl Cooperative Society’s commitment to nurturing athletic talent and encouraging youth participation in diverse sporting disciplines.
The donation ceremony was held today at the training centre in the presence of SAI officials, coaches, and athletes.
