Sri Vijaya Puram, Dec 09: Fit India week 2024 is an initiative to propagate fitness awareness among student, parents, teachers, and educational institutions across India by engaging in various activity promoting an active and healthy lifestyle. This initiative, beginning in 2019, has evolved to reach millions and continues to focus on expanding the fitness movement to more schools, colleges , and higher education institutions.
This year, Sports Authority of India (SAI), Ministry of Youth Affairs and sports has recognised St. Mary’s School, Mohanpura as the FIT India School of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. St. Mary’s School, Mohanpura celebrated their Annual athletic Meet INFINITO (2024-25) on Saturday, 7th December, 2024 at Netaji stadium, Sri Vijaya Puram, a press release issued by SAI, Sri Vijaya Puram said here today.
