This unique Awareness cum Fitness Programme, conducted every Saturday and Sunday from 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM at Joggers Park, has quickly become a focal point for community engagement, drawing in participants who share a common goal of creating a positive and drug-free environment.
The Hasgulla Club stands out by combining fitness with drug awareness, reaching individuals of all ages with a dual focus on physical well-being and a substance-free lifestyle. Each weekend, the program offers two engaging sessions led by experienced professionals:
Saturday Sessions with Mr. Ravinder Rao – An expert teacher from the “Art of Living,” Mr. Ravinder Rao leads the Saturday sessions focused on various Asanas designed to improve physical fitness and strength.
Sunday Sessions with Shihan M.S. Murgan – Internationally recognized as laughter and yoga ambassador, Shihan M.S. Murgan leads unique sessions that combine meditation with laughter therapy. His demonstrations of various types of laughter bring joy and relaxation, with participants fully immersing themselves in the lively experience.
