Diglipur, Mar 08: The Grievance Redressal Program namely ‘PRASASHAN APKE DWAR’ was organized at Paschimsagar village under Diglipur Sub-Division on 05.03.2013 at 11.00 AM by the Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur in the presence of concerned Pramukh, Zilla Parishad Member, Panchayat Samiti Members, Pradhan Paschimsagar and village Panchayat Ward Members.
At the outset the Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur welcomed the participants in the meeting. All the grievances and problems of Paschimsagar Gram Panchayat were heard in the presence of representative of various Govt. Departments under Diglipur Sub-Division likewise Electricity, MGNREGA, Industries, Agriculture, ICDS, Civil Supply, Education, Police, BDO, Medical and Veterinary.
The PRIs and general public of Paschimsagar put their demands before the Assistant Commission for immediate action i.e. allotment of land for construction of land for construction of Panchayat Building &Anganwadi, appointment of regular Panchayat Secretary & Peon, Veterinary Compounder, set up of Agriculture Sub-Depot, Extension of new electric line, insulation of existing electric line, Replacement & Extension of Pipe line, commencement of marine boat upto Talbagan, Renovation & Construction of School Building at Paschimsagar, Construction & Renovation of quarter for teachers, Posting of Head Master & Craft Instructor at GSS Paschimsagar, Construction of Mid-day-meal kitchen-cum-dining hall at GSS Paschimsagar, Posting of Junior Engineer (Elect) and to provide protection of life & property from wild Elephants etc. other local problems regarding Revenue matter, issuance of Ration Cards, MGNREGA matter were solved.
At the end of the meeting the Chairman of the meeting (Assistant Commissioner, Diglipur) has assured the PRIs and general public that the above matter will be taken up with higher authorities to sought out as early as possible.
